- Optical System / Oculars: 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects affecting clarity, alignment, or optical performance
- Loupe Body: 3-year warranty for defects in materials and workmanship
- Frame & Hinges: 2-year warranty, including structural issues such as hinge failure or frame defects under normal use
- Headlight (if included): 2-year warranty for the light unit
- Battery (headlight systems): 1-year warranty due to normal battery wear over time
- 30-Day Adjustment / Exchange Period: One-time exchange within 30 days if loupes require adjustment for comfort or fit (conditions may apply)
- Defect Replacement: Manufacturing defects may be repaired or replaced at no cost within the warranty period
- Exclusions: Does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, drops, improper use or cleaning, unauthorised modifications, or damage from non-genuine parts
- Daily Cleaning: Gently clean lenses after each use with a soft microfiber cloth to remove dust, fingerprints, and debris. Avoid paper towels or abrasive materials that may scratch the optical surface
- Deep Cleaning: Use a lens-safe cleaning solution or mild soap with water. Always apply solution to the cloth first — never directly onto the lenses — to protect coatings and internal components
- Disinfection: Use alcohol-free, non-abrasive disinfectant wipes or sprays on the frame and external surfaces to maintain hygiene without damaging lens coatings
- Handling: Always use both hands when putting on or removing your loupes to maintain alignment and prevent unnecessary stress on the frame
- Storage: Store in the protective carry case when not in use to prevent scratches, dust buildup, and accidental damage
- Avoid Harsh Conditions: Do not expose to extreme heat, prolonged direct sunlight, or high humidity as this may affect optical performance and frame integrity
- Maintenance: Periodically check for loose screws or fittings. Use the provided screwdriver for minor adjustments or contact your supplier for professional servicing
- Lens Protection: Avoid touching lenses directly with fingers and keep away from sharp objects to preserve anti-reflective coatings and optical clarity
